  • South African Council of Shopping Centres

    Until March 2000 it was operated under the aegis of the South African Property Owners Association (SAPOA) as an autonomous body. When it became independent of SAPOA it formed a Section 21 Company in terms of the Companies Act and has its own constitution and code of conduct.

  • National Home Builders Registration Council

    The National Home Builders Registration Council was established in terms of the Housing Consumer Protection Measures Act, 1998 (Act No. 95 of 1998). The Council is mainly established to protect the interest of housing consumers, and to regulate the home building industry.
